Clean-lined Chic

Kitchen designer Peggy McGowen of Kitchen & Bath Concepts guided the clients with this space. The result, an extremely functional, yet beautiful, room full of wonderful textures such as antiqued granite countertops and a checkerboard walnut island. The nickel sink has a foot pedal to keep both hands free. -Fort Bend Lifestyles & Homes August 2009 Issue

Abstract art on metal by Houston artist Alan Alldredge occupies one wall while the opposite side of the room leads to a tuck-away office, its opening defined by a curtain rather than a door. Clean lines dominate the master bathroom where a window seat adds architectural interest as well as functionality. -Fort Bend Lifestyles & Homes August 2009 Issue

These cabinet knobs by Susan Goldstick, Inc. are great for kids bathrooms! They have lots of sparkle for that little prince or princess.

I love the use of the full length mirror behind the pedestal sinks. The trim detail around the mirrors really adds a touch of elegance to something just plain.
